I had a great stay! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved that the reception is open 24 hours. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also a great value!

The breakfast buffet impressed me. Fresh honeycomb and a juicer for fresh orange juice stood out. The room felt cosy and clean with a lovely view, ideal for business near Messe/Deutz. Staff were very helpful at all times. Location was prime, just a short walk from the Köln/Deutz train station, making transportation simple. the bed was too soft for comfort. It created awkward sleeping positions. Room lighting was lacking. no overhead lights made it feel dim. I wouldn't stay in a single room again due to its small size and cramped shower. The carpet could be replaced, especially for those with allergies. Most amenities met my needs, but soundproofing could be improved to reduce street noise. I would consider returning, but the room setup needs a rethink.
